Advanced Placement Testing Proctor

Title
Advanced Placement Testing Proctor
Description
AP testing takes place in May. We administer approximately 2000 AP examinations at Diamond Bar High School. Parent and other community volunteers are critical to the successful administration of the exams. The greatest need is for volunteers who can serve as proctors during the exams.

Proctors distribute and collect examination materials and monitor the testing environment—no experience required! If you can serve as a proctor during this year’s AP exams, check the appropriate boxes in the table below to indicate your availability, and return the form to David Hong or Lisa Krueger at DBHS.
• Please check the box or boxes below to indicate when you are available to help.
• The tests for which the largest number of proctors are needed are marked with asterisks (the more asterisks—the greater the need)
• On the day you are scheduled to proctor an exam, please stop in the main office to obtain a visitor’s pass, and then report to Mr. Hong’s office (room 424) to receive your room assignment.
• Wear comfortable shoes and expect to be on your feet during most of the exam.
