DBHS Took Precautions On Thursday, January 6
At 4:30 pm, Thursday, January 6, the school was placed on a lockdown due to an off-campus altercation. Although the victim was not a Diamond Bar High School student, we chose to take precautionary steps to safeguard the students who were still on campus. The sheriffs were involved in the investigation and helped guide our decisions. It will be business as usual Friday, January 7. I appreciate the cooperation of our staff, parents and students. Although there was never an indication that our students were in danger, we choose to always err on the side of caution. Thank you for your continued support, and please know that our students and staff safety is always our number one priority.
