These are free classes designed for enrichment or to make-up a D or F for either graduation or CSU/UC requirements. Students may only be signed up for these classes through their GLC, the ELD Coordinator (Mr. Leal/Mrs. Martyr), their case carrier, or, for Bridge, the Intervention Counselor (Mrs. Osajima).
Summer School 2017 - Monday June 5 – Thursday, July 13, 2017 (7:30am - 1:00pm)
1st semester: Weeks 1-3, June 5 - June 22
2nd semester: Weeks 4-6, June 26 - July 13
(Please note, the Fourth of July holiday on Tuesday, 7/4 means Week 5 will have school on Monday, then Wednesday-Friday)
**ICT/health and civics/economics: While these are semester courses, students will be required to attend summer school for all six weeks, taking one course in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Please Note: If a pre-registered student does not show up on Day 1, he/she will be dropped after the first thirty minutes of class have passed to make room for students seeking to add the class.
Please bring your ID on the first day of school in order to check out books for class.
If you received a D or F in World History, Algebra B, or English I, II, or III, and you don't see your name on the appropriate roster, please see your GLC. If you received a D or F in US History, you must register online from 2/22-3/7 via the link on the other summer school page. US History rosters will appear on the "II-Non-Tuition" page by 8:00pm on 3/10.
If you earn a D or F in the spring semester
of any of those classes, you will not
be signed up automatically. You must report to the theater on the first day of summer school, Monday, June 5th, at 7:30 am
, and we will sign you up. No student with a D or F in the classes listed above will be turned away.
Available seats will be filled at that time according to the following criteria, in the following order:
Students who previously had the course and earned a "D" or "F"
Class of 2018
Class of 2019
Class of 2020
Class of 2021
WVUSD Students not attending DBHS
Students outside of WVUSD
