Schedule Change Requests

Class Schedules are set at this time. We realize the process of selecting courses is important which is why we start the process in February each school year in order to provide students and parents adequate time to make course selections. We follow this process up with making accommodations to course selections all the way through our recent “in-person” GLC meeting with you. It is time to settle into your class schedule as it is set now! No additional adjustments are being made unless the adjustment is a Level Adjustment. For example, moving from an AP English or Honors English course to a College-Preparatory English course. We will do our best to make this adjustment; however, this adjustment also relies on space being available in the new course and the student realizing that their entire schedule may be altered. As you know, the Distance Learning Platform will present new challenges to students and staff. One of the first challenges is teachers communicating information on their online platform, log-in instructions etc. to students. Schedule changes harm the communication process.
