  • Final transcripts will need to be sent to the campus that you will attend in the fall.  It is the student’s responsibility to request/send a final high school transcript to their destination college.  Diamond Bar High School FINAL TRANSCRIPTS (Final Transcripts include All grades and a Graduation Date) will be ready to request and be sent starting Monday, June 21st, 2021.  Seniors who need to send final transcripts to their college/university must do so through www.parchment.com.  You can also access PARCHMENT via our school website, https://dbhs.wvusd.k12.ca.us/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=167814&type=d&pREC_ID=345011.   DO NOT ORDER BEFORE JUNE 21st OR YOUR TRANSCRIPT WILL NOT INCLUDE SECOND SEMESTER AND GRADUATION.  There is a fee, payable online, to send this final transcript via Parchment.  Final transcripts are due to the UC’s by July 1st, and that’s probably a good date for any school – set a reminder in your phone for June 21st so your order gets in on time!
  • College Transcript
    • If you completed a college course during high school and you reported this course during your application process, you must request for that college to send an “official” transcript to your destination college.  Even if the college course appears on your high school transcript, you must have the college send the transcript to your destination college!

  • Please take a few minutes and complete the Exit Survey for your GLCs.  The information you provide helps us to guide future students and it keeps us informed on your future plans.  The Survey should only take a few minutes to complete!  You will need to access the Exit Survey using your Student Google Account.

We suggest students send their AP Scores to their destination college now.  Utilizing your Collegeboard account, request your scores to be sent to your chosen college.  If you are taking AP exams this spring, you can forward those scores to your college upon receiving your test results.  AP scores may be used by your college for course placement purposes.
