Diamond BarHigh School

All school campuses in the Walnut Valley Unified School District, including DBHS, will be closed through the remainder of the 2019-20 school year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are transitioning to online instruction.

Our Leo Club Roars

Diamond Bar High School’s Leo (Leadership, Experience, Opportunity) Club is the answer to the Diamond Bar Lions Club youth initiative.  Under the leadership of Technology Teacher and Leo Club Sponsor Judy Karasawa and Diamond Bar City Council member Jack Tanaka and his wife, Wanda, over 300  of our DBHS students are members of the Leo Club.  In December, the Leo Club collected 40 pairs of used eyeglasses for the Lions Club “Gift of Sight” project and on March 13, the students held a Leo District Talent Show fundraiser.  On the last Saturday of each month, the Leos recycle glass and aluminum cans and bottles and donate the funds to the special education program at DBHS.  On April 10, the DBHS Leos are hosting a Hope for Haiti Yard Sale in the DBHS parking lot.  Thank you to teacher/adviser Judy Karasawa , Jack and Wanda Tanaka, for your support of these future leaders.
