US Cyber Challenge - USCC
The national talent search for high school students who have or can develop the foundation skills and knowledge to make a difference in cyber security for the nation. Cyber Foundations conducts nation-wide competitions to enable students to demonstrate mastery, win prizes, and gain recognition individually and for the schools they represent, for their cities, and their states. Mayors, governors and members of Congress have played an important role in creating the program and in recognizing the talented young people, giving them an edge in college admissions and scholarship opportunities.
Cyber Foundations is the most effective STEM competition other than the FIRST robotics programs. Kids who participate get excited, spend time, gain a lot of valuable knowledge, get recognition for their accomplishments from local and national government leaders, enhance their chances of getting into good colleges, and increase their commitment to careers in technology.
